Hoyle Aminos — Refund & Return Policy

All products sold by Hoyle Aminos are intended strictly for research and laboratory use only. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any amino acid compounds, peptides, or research chemicals once an order has been shipped.

Exceptions:
- Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at admin@hoyleaminos.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
- Wrong item shipped: If we shipped the incorrect product, contact us within 5 business days and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Note that photos are taken of each shipment contents prior to boxing so that it may be reviewed in the event there is a concern.

We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

- Delivery company errors beyond our control

Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed. Contact us immediately at admin@hoyleaminos.com to request a cancellation.
